And the middle layer is nylon film which with good barrier performance and puncture resistance, With the last layer of polyethylene, the appearance and performance of the whole bag are perfectly combined.

And when you full fill your product into this bag ,the bottom of the bag will open and become to a box, which makes the bag look more fashionable. At the same time, the capacity of this flat bottom bag obviously much more bigger than those bag which exactly have same size but in other shape, it means that this kind of bag will saves much more transportation cost for customers.

Turnaround

First at all please send your requirement and AI to our email address. Then we will quote you the price.
After pricing confirmed, we will check and deal with your design and sent the artwork back to you in PDF. At the same time send you our Proforma invoice.
Once you approve the PDF proof we sent you, and sign back the Proforma invoice, and pay for the cost of cylinders and 30% deposit, we’ll aim to make the cylinders for you within 5-7days.
Once you approve the cylinder proof, we’ll aim to print your custom cold seal film order within 10-20 working days depend on your quantity, and dispatch the products after the 70% balance been received.

Packaging Process

50 PCS/Bundle → Put into a PE poly bag then into the carton with one sample stick onto the outside of carton → Pallet packaging and wrap with Winding film
