This stand up pouch with cap have three ways to fill your product into it and can be used for pasteurization, even retort high pressure pasteurization.
Temperature: Under 90-130 degrees
Boil time or retort time: 30-60 minutes.
(The temperature and time is depends on the customers’ requirement).
Filling position: Top of the bag /  From the spout / Filling into the bottom of the bag.  It’s depends on the style your stand up  spout pouch filling machine.

Material

Our sauce stand up pouch with spout  is combined  with three layers of material . The first layer is polyester and laminated on nylon and then laminated on polyethylene at last.  Sometimes we will add one more layer material depends on the customer’s demand or products.

2.This flexible retort pouch not only can bear high temperature but also can bear high pressure.
3.Optional diameter of spout : 8.6mm, 9.6mm, 10mm, 13mm, 15mm. And the spout position can be seal at the central or lateral of bag.

Once you approve the cylinder proof, we’ll aim to print your custom cold seal film order within 10-20 working days depend on your quantity, and dispatch the products after the 70% balance been received.
